- “Services” refers to the online shopping experience, delivery, customer support, and any other services provided through the website.

- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

- We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain errors, or exceed stock limits.

- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and courier availability.
- For perishable items such as fresh avocados and smoothies, we use expedited shipping and appropriate packaging to ensure freshness.
- Free shipping is available on orders above the minimum order value as displayed on the website.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
- If a delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, re-delivery charges may apply.
7. Cancellations
7.1 Cancellation by Customer
- You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at support@avacados.net.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return after receiving the product (see Section 8).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, repeated cancellations may result in COD being disabled for your account.
7.2 Cancellation by Avacados.net
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock or unavailable
- Pricing or product information error on the website
- Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Delivery to the specified address is not feasible
- In all such cases, a full refund will be issued.
8. Returns & Refunds
8.1 Return Policy
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Perishable items (fresh avocados, smoothies, juices) can only be returned if they arrive in a damaged or spoiled condition. Please report such issues within 24 hours of delivery with photographs.
- Non-perishable items (avocado oil, moisturiser, biscuits, gift boxes) must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact us at support@avacados.net with your order number and photographs of the product.
8.2 Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged item, or defective product).
8.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or consumed
- Gift cards or discount vouchers
- Perishable items reported after 24 hours of delivery
- Items damaged due to mishandling by the customer after delivery
9. Coupons & Discounts
- Coupons and discount codes are subject to specific terms and conditions as mentioned at the time of issue.
- Only one coupon code can be applied per order unless otherwise stated.
